With a calm, structured approach (and a touch of humor), MJ designs step-by-step strategies to help individuals, families, and retirees relocate to Spain.
 

Independent of Leap Key, MJ practices law and has lived across multiple continents — experiences that now inform her grounded, empathetic approach to client support. As a former Rotary Scholar and World Peace Fellow, she’s passionate about creating meaningful, well-supported transitions.
 

From high-level planning to connecting clients with vetted legal, housing, and financial professionals, MJ ensures every Leap Key client moves forward with clarity and calm.

Originally from Argentina, Sebastián brings process planning, cross-cultural fluency, and grounded logistics support to every client experience.
 

Trained in translation and interpretation in the U.S. — and holding a B.A. from Argentina — he combines language precision with practical know-how. Sebastián has lived and worked across Latin America, Australia, and the U.S., giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to move, adapt, and thrive abroad.
 

Whether coordinating property visits or guiding clients through unfamiliar systems, Sebastián offers clear, steady support that fosters trust and forward momentum throughout each relocation journey.

Michelle 
Lead Project Coordinator

With more than a decade of experience in multilingual education in the U.S., Mexico, and Spain, Michelle is Leap Key’s school system specialist — helping families confidently transition into Spanish public and private schools.
 

She holds an M.A. in TESOL, a California K–8 Teaching Credential, and a B.A. in Political Science/Public Policy. Fluent in English, Spanish, and what she jokingly calls “bureaucracy,” Michelle simplifies complex educational systems into clear, actionable steps for families.
 

Known for her warmth, precision, and sense of humor, Michelle ensures that children and parents alike feel seen, supported, and informed every step of the way.
