MJ V. 

With the Leap Key team, MJ designs clear, step-by-step relocation strategies for moves to Spain. She coordinates our trusted network of immigration, tax, and housing advisors. Aside from Leap Key, MJ has 10+ years of experience practicing law in the United States. Her professional background informs her practical, forward-looking approach to life projects.

 

MJ has lived, worked, and studied in Europe, Central and South America, Australia, and Africa. She has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Montana, an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Queensland, and a J.D. from the Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. MJ was the recipient of the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship and World Peace Fellowship. She has no degree in humor but is actually quite funny. 

Sebastián V. 

Sebastián, as Operations Coordinator, focuses on your logistics for your transition to Spain. His mix of process planning, cross-cultural communication, and on-the-ground experience means you get strategic guidance that’s encouraging, actionable, and solutions-oriented.

 

From Argentina, Sebastián brings a practical, client-first approach shaped by work across retail customer service in Latin America, Australia, and the U.S. He is formally trained in the U.S. in translation and interpretation and also holds a B.A. from Argentina.

Michelle G.

As Lead Project Coordinator, Michelle guides families through their transitions with a special focus on Spain's educational landscape. She helps families navigate school options and connects students with specialized services for learning differences. She translates complex educational systems into clear pathways. With over 10 years of experience in multilingual education in the U.S. and Mexico, Michelle connects families with the right resources to support their child's academic growth.

 

Michelle holds an M.A. in TESOL, a California K-8 Teaching Credential, and a B.A. in Political Science/Public Policy. Fluent in English, Spanish, and "bureaucracy", she has a gift for turning educational jargon and processes into actionable plans.
