Plans: How We Work
Moving abroad succeeds on structure and follow-through. We coordinate the moving pieces for scouting trips as well as short and long-term stays. With our team of trusted advisors, we help you make sense the relocation and moving process, including visa options, location, housing, schools, pets, shipping, and on-arrival setup. We don’t mark up third-party fees; you hire and pay providers directly. Our focus is Spain (especially northern Spain), with flexibility for other destinations.

One-hour session ($150) to address your initial questions. We gather and sift through ideas to identify opportunities and challenges. We review our service options and consider potential next steps, including short-term stays and scouting trips.

We create a personalized, in-depth intake so we can delve deeper into your specific situation. We then facilitate an intensive 90-minute planning session ($250) to develop a customized relocation strategy and clear action plan. You receive a written copy of your personalized plan after the call.
